Acceptance

Accessing and using finnerve.com implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

These terms govern the use of the website. They do not govern the provision of professional services, which is governed in each case by the Master Services Agreement and the statements of work signed with Finnerve Ltd. In the event of any discrepancy between these terms and a signed contract, the contract prevails.

Permitted use

You may view, download and print the site’s content for internal, professional or evaluation use, provided you keep all authorship and ownership notices intact.

The following is prohibited:

  • Using the site for unlawful purposes or contrary to good faith.
  • Reproducing, distributing, publicly communicating or transforming the content for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.
  • Systematically extracting content through scraping, unauthorised automated crawling or equivalent data-mining techniques, except by search engines that respect the robots.txt file.
  • Introducing malicious code, attempting to access our systems without authorisation, or interfering with their operation. Such conduct may constitute an offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990.
  • Impersonating Finnerve Ltd or any of its people.

Downloading a document transfers no intellectual property right whatsoever.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Economic Area, this clause does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory rules of your country of residence.
